Talanx forms new EUR1bn European carrier from Hannover Re specialty business
Hannover Re is spinning out its specialty insurance business into a new corporate entity with its sister company HDI Global SE to form a EUR1bn ($1.2bn) premium commercial insurer, HDI Global Specialty SE.
