Brandon to take over from Hicks as Alleghany president and CEO
Alleghany’s Weston Hicks is retiring from the TranRe and RSUI parent on 31 December 2021, with Joe Brandon taking his role as president after the company’s 23 April annual shareholder meeting and stepping up into the CEO role at the year’s end.
