AIG rebrands L&R unit Corebridge Financial, announces directors ahead of separation
AIG’s plans to spin off its Life & Retirement (L&R) business took another step further on Monday, with the carrier announcing the business has been renamed Corebridge Financial, while naming group CEO Peter Zaffino to a newly constituted board.
