Hallmark largest US-listed P&C faller in H1 as shares slide 80%

Hallmark Financial was the largest faller in H1 among The Insurer’s universe of US-listed P&C carriers and brokers, with its stock down over 80 percent fuelled by uncertainty over its future and continued investor disquiet over heavy losses compounded by broader Covid-19 fears.
