RenRe estimates $725mn negative impact from cats on Q3 results
Bermudian reinsurer RenaissanceRe Holdings has estimated that losses from catastrophe events will have a net negative impact of $725mn on its third quarter results, with $440mn of that from Hurricane Ida and $210mn from Northwestern European flooding.
